Established in 1996, the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (“SCHSA”) is one of the largest and most representative social enterprises in Hong Kong and a self-financing non-profit-making charity exempt from tax under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
The Senior Citizen Home Safety Association assists users and their families through its Helpline service. The Association provides a 24-hour comprehensive support service “Bellline Bell ™”, with emergency support, comprehensive care, day and night care, health management, and life assistance as the main service areas. In addition, “Housekeeper Easy” provides home care, escort, cleaning and rehabilitation services to alleviate the pressure on family members and caregivers.

Optimization of Meta (FB, IG) ad placement
We optimised the placement of Meta ads for Senior Citizen Home Security, including Facebook and Instagram, using different formats such as News Feed, Stories, Video Reels in-stream ads, search results and app ads to amplify our marketing messages to a wider audience.

In addition, in terms of customization, we added different elements to the images, titles and content of our posts for different periods of planning and activities in Ping An to be close to the theme of the issue. The following is an example of this, the theme is the Mid-Autumn Festival, and we have specially designed a new advertisement for this project, including text writing, advertising placement, etc., to match the Mid-Autumn Festival theme.

Optimization of Google Ads placement
We chose locations for the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association to be easily accessible to readers, one of which was Google, by setting up ads that were easily accessible to different readers and placed them in prominent locations on Google. These posts are designed to encourage enquiries for parents looking for safe children to learn more about the services offered by OHSSA. In addition, in terms of customization, our post images, titles, and content, the following are Google ads that have been specially created for our Hot Weather program to help increase exposure and visibility.

Optimization of LinkedIn ad placement
As the “Love & Safety” Community Engagement Program is a community program for companies, institutions, and large corporations, Flowtura chose LinkedIn, a platform commonly used as a business channel, to reach more of the SCHSA’s target readers. By advertising on LinkedIn, we hope to attract more schools and organisations to participate in the “Love Peace” community involvement programme. In addition, we also target commercial use with a focus on our reward programs, certificates, bonuses, etc.

Optimization of Yahoo ad placement
Effectiveness
Overall, we advertised for OCHS on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Yahoo and Instagram. This series of advertising campaigns increased the exposure of OCHS and delivered our message to a wider target audience.
Through these advertising platforms, we have successfully increased brand awareness and attracted more attention to the services provided by OCHSA.
Flowtura’s advertising strategy effectively communicates the values and benefits of the Senior Citizen Home Society to potential customers, thereby increasing the organization’s impact and visibility. These advertisements not only increased exposure, but also multiplied the brand reputation and made more people aware that OCHS is a trustworthy and professional organization.
